Special Ops: Lioness Season 3 achieves viewership milestone

Taylor Sheridan’s series ‘Special Ops: Lioness’ has seen significant audience growth during its third season. The season finale reached 9.7 million viewers within its first seven days, marking the most-watched episode in the series' history and the fifth most-watched finale among all Paramount+ originals.

Throughout Season 3, which aired from August 2 to September 20, the series averaged 8.5 million viewers per week, representing a 62% increase over the weekly average of Season 2. The show also achieved its first billion-minute total during the finale week, with the season reaching a cumulative 3.9 billion minutes watched.

Despite this success, recent streaming charts in the United States show the series has slipped to seventh place on Paramount+, trailing the 1990s sitcom ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ and other Sheridan productions such as ‘Tulsa King’. In Germany, the series maintains a stronger position, ranking fourth on the local Paramount+ charts.
