Specialfastigheter awards framework agreements for high-security projects
Specialfastigheter, a Swedish state-owned property company, has awarded multiple framework agreements to firms specializing in project and construction management for high-security facilities.
Sweco has secured three agreements with an estimated combined value of approximately SEK 500 million. These contracts, running from January 2027 to January 2029, involve feasibility studies, design, and management for properties used by the Swedish Police Authority, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, and the courts. These facilities require stringent security and functionality standards.
Additionally, the company Forsen has been awarded two framework agreements related to project and construction management. These assignments, which cover projects across Sweden, include services ranging from leadership roles to specialized support in areas such as sustainability, risk management, installation, and economics.
