Specialist companies consolidate in Malmö as Danish organic food sales hit record

Three specialist companies, Vyn, Ultraputs, and Fogentreprenören, have consolidated their Malmö operations into a new shared 1,600-square-meter facility on Stenyxegatan 25. The new premises include offices, warehouse space, changing rooms, and common staff areas.

In Denmark, organic food sales to professional kitchens and foodservice reached a record 3.9 billion DKK in 2025, marking a 9 percent increase from the 3.6 billion DKK recorded in 2024. While organic products are gaining ground in Danish canteens, institutions, and restaurants, performance varies significantly across different product categories, such as eggs and meat.
