Specialized TMRW launched to develop multidisciplinary cycling talent
FDJ UNITED-SUEZ and Specialized have officially launched Specialized TMRW, a new professional project dedicated to the multidisciplinary development of female cyclists. Managed by Stephen Delcourt, the program aims to build a strong foundation for future road racing careers by integrating road cycling with cyclo-cross.
The project is registered with the UCI for the 2026-2027 winter season and operates as an affiliated structure distinct from the FDJ UNITED-SUEZ WorldTour team. The initial roster features four prominent young talents: Fem van Empel, Célia Géry, Amandine Muller, and Anja Grossmann.
Under the sporting direction of Nicolas Maire, the team will focus on technical skill development through diverse competition. The initiative is part of a broader strategy by Tomorrow Group to shape the future of cycling by supporting emerging athletes across multiple disciplines and expanding their international presence.
