Specialized unveils S-Works Diverge with internal cable routing

S-Works Diverge gravel bike internal cable routing FACT 12r carbon Future Shock

Specialized has unveiled the new S-Works Diverge, a high-end gravel bike featuring full internal cable routing (ICR) via a Roval Terra one-piece bar/stem. This marks the first time the Diverge model with Future Shock suspension has received end-to-end internal routing.

The upgraded model introduces the FACT 12r carbon layup, which weighs 950 grams for a size 56 frame. This new layup is approximately 200 grams lighter than the FACT 9r used in other Diverge 4 carbon versions, aiming to improve responsiveness and efficiency.

The complete build features SRAM RED XPLR 13-speed components, Roval Terra CLX III wheels, and CeramicSpeed parts, resulting in a total weight of 8.2 kg. The bike is priced at US$12,500, €13,999, £11,999, and AU$18,900.
