Spectro Cloud Raises $100M Series D to Boost AI Infrastructure Management

Spectro Cloud announced an oversubscribed Series D funding round of more than $100 million, bringing its total capital raised to $260 million. The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives with participation from AMD Ventures, Ericsson, LG Technology Ventures and Maximus. The company will use the proceeds to accelerate product development, expand its international go‑to‑market operations and deepen partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Founded in 2019 by CEO Tenry Fu and CTO Saad Malik, Spectro Cloud offers the PaletteAI platform, a unified software layer that helps enterprises, public‑sector organisations and sovereign cloud providers deploy, govern and operate production AI workloads across data‑centers, edge locations and on‑premises environments. The funding will support enhancements to utilization, token‑cost management and governance features, as well as the expansion of sales and customer‑support teams worldwide. Fu said, “No two customers are starting from the same place,” highlighting the platform’s flexibility for organisations modernising legacy systems, scaling edge or Kubernetes operations, or building AI factories.
