Spectrum expands service to 11 million homes and businesses

Spectrum has announced the expansion of its services to more than 11 million homes and businesses across 45 states, targeting former Cox customers in markets such as Phoenix, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and San Diego.

This expansion increases Spectrum’s total reach to over 70 million homes and businesses. The company is introducing various service packages, including internet with no data caps, mobile service incentives, and TV plans with streaming app value. As part of this transition, Spectrum plans to fully return Cox’s customer service functions to the United States over the next 18 months, utilizing 100% U.S.-based employees.

New customers in these regions will have access to a customer commitment program that includes 24/7 service, same-day technician dispatch for requests made before 5 p.m., and credits for outages exceeding two hours.
