Speedaf to launch parcel delivery network in Switzerland

Chinese logistics firm Speedaf is expanding into the Swiss market, aiming to capture a share of the growing cross-border e-commerce delivery sector. The company is establishing a parcel-delivery network to support the increasing volume of shipments from Chinese retailers such as Temu and Shein.

Speedaf is constructing a 4,000-square-metre sorting centre with a planned capacity of up to 50,000 parcels per day, which could total approximately 15 million parcels annually. The company is also developing regional distribution centres in Zurich, Bern, and Lausanne. This infrastructure positions Speedaf as a potential competitor to established Swiss operators like Swiss Post and DPD.

According to the postal regulator PostCom, import parcel volumes in Switzerland rose by approximately 12% in 2025. Speedaf, which was founded in 2019 and has ties to ZTO Express, intends to initially focus on the segment of the market driven by Chinese imports.
