Spelab to open new rental storage locations in Nagoya and Tottori

UK Corporation has announced the opening of two new Spelab indoor rental storage locations, scheduled for September 1, 2026. The new facilities include the Spelab Meito-ku Enjucho branch in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, and the Spelab JR Tottori branch in Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture.

Spelab operates over 700 locations and 22,000 rooms across Japan, primarily in Tokyo and Osaka. The service provides contactless, non-face-to-face management, allowing customers to view, contract, and cancel services online using smart locks and dial keys. The company aims to address urban living space constraints and the social issue of vacant houses by repurposing properties into storage units.
