Spezia nears deal for Vicenza's Matteo Della Morte

Spezia is nearing a deal to sign Matteo Della Morte from Vicenza. Technical director Guido Angelozzi reportedly secured the player's agreement by modifying the initial offer to include a structured contract.

The new proposal features a guaranteed first year with the possibility of two additional seasons if the club achieves promotion. These subsequent years would become mandatory if the player participates in at least 50% of the seasonal matches.

This agreement allows Spezia to move ahead of competitors such as Union Brescia. The transaction is expected to be finalized via a swap deal involving Edoardo Soleri, who is slated to move to Vicenza to replace the injured Frank Tsadjout.
