Spice Resonare launches carrot cake inspired craft gin

Spice Resonare has launched ‘CARROT CAKE SPICE GIN’, a new craft spirit inspired by the flavors of carrot cake. Available via the brand’s official online store as of September 15, 2026, the gin is designed around the concept of a ‘drinkable carrot cake.’

The spirit utilizes 16 different botanicals, including carrot and cinnamon, to recreate the sensory experience of the dessert. Rather than a direct flavor replication, the product aims to reconstruct the interplay between sweetness and spice. The profile transitions from a sweet aroma to a complex, layered spicy sensation with a lingering finish.

The product was developed by Spice Resonare founder Ram, who drew on extensive experience with both carrot cakes and various gins to bridge the two through the common element of spices. The 500ml bottle has an alcohol content of 43% and is priced at 8,800 yen (including tax).
