Spices Reduce Gut Pathogens While Female Microbiota Boosts Energy and Skin Health

Laboratory studies have shown that certain spices, especially cinnamon and its active compound cinnamaldehyde, can inhibit common intestinal pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and others.
