The Marvel film "Spider-Man: A New Day" (original title "Homem‑Aranha: Um Novo Dia") opened in Brazil on 29 July, a day before its United States debut. The movie stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker, alongside Zendaya and Sadie Sink, and follows Parker’s attempt to balance university life with the return of a new threat that endangers his friends.

Brazilian cinema chain UCI organized a fan‑event for the premiere, offering exclusive collectibles such as a ticket‑sized souvenir, a commemorative coin for UCI Unique members, and an official poster for the first audience members. Attendees could also purchase a themed combo that includes a spider‑shaped cup.
