Spider-Man: Brand New Day set for digital release on October 6

The Marvel Cinematic Universe film ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and starring Tom Holland, is scheduled for a digital release on October 6, 2026. The film will be available for purchase or rental on platforms including Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, and Sony Pictures Core. In India, Prime Video will offer the film on a rental basis starting October 6.

Following a successful theatrical run that saw it become the third highest-grossing film of all time globally and the highest-grossing in North America, the movie has grossed approximately $2.5 billion. The production is noted for its scale, utilizing massive physical sets at Pinewood Studios to recreate New York City and reduce reliance on green screens.

The story follows Peter Parker as an adult living in isolation following the events of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’. The film features a cast including Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo, and Michael Mando, and incorporates visual recreations of iconic Marvel comic book covers featuring villains such as Tombstone, Boomerang, and Tarantula.
