Splatoon 3 to add PET Shooter Replica weapon

Splatoon 3 will receive a new weapon called the ‘PET Shooter Replica’ ahead of the ‘Summer Nights’ festival. The weapon is a visual replica of the PET Shooter featured in the spin-off title Splatoon Raiders, which was released on July 23.

To obtain the weapon, players must have a save file that has completed the main story of Splatoon Raiders. Because Splatoon Raiders is a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive title, players using the original Nintendo Switch hardware will be unable to access this specific content.

In terms of gameplay, the PET Shooter Replica functions identically to the ‘Splattershot Collab’. It utilizes the ‘Splash Bomb’ as a sub-weapon and ‘Triple Inkstrike’ as its special move. Once the necessary update is applied, players can claim the weapon via the lobby terminal.
