Split school wins youth basketball, Herešin thrashes Podravac in football

In a school basketball tournament at the Višnjik Sports Center, the team from Osnovna škola Žnjan‑Pazdigrad in Split claimed first place after defeating the team from Ploče 35‑12 in the final. The competition featured several primary‑school teams from across Croatia, with notable performances from schools in Zadar, Šibenik and Ploče.

In youth football, the Herešin U17B side delivered a dominant 7‑0 victory over Podravac of Torčec. Striker Nuttall scored four goals, while teammates Kovačević and Bugarin added to the tally. The win was part of a successful weekend for the Koprivnica city football school, which also recorded victories in other age groups.
