Split to host eighth Race for the Cure humanitarian event

The eighth edition of the Race for the Cure humanitarian event is scheduled to take place on October 4, 2026, at the Split Riva in Croatia. The event is dedicated to supporting those fighting breast cancer and raising awareness for the cause.

Participants can choose to run or walk, with registration fees set at 15 euros for adults and 10 euros for children. Registration includes a t-shirt: pink for those affected by the disease and white for supporters. This year’s event features ‘Roza,’ a pink superheroine symbolizing courage, hope, and support for women facing the illness.

Funds raised from the event will be directed toward breast cancer research, preventive screenings, and the procurement of MRI equipment.
