Split urban investments revitalize Žnjan and Dračevac

Urban development projects in Split are transforming key areas through strategic investments in infrastructure and technology. The Žnjan plateau has been revitalized into a recreational hub featuring sports facilities, an amphitheater, and new promenades designed to connect with the eastern part of the city.

Simultaneously, the Dračevac area has transitioned from a former military site into a business and innovation center. The local technology park now hosts 55 companies, including startups and small to medium enterprises, employing over 700 people daily. The site provides essential infrastructure such as laboratories and coworking spaces, supported by institutions including HAMAG-BICRO, HUP, and HBOR.
