Spoleto to host garment showcase by migrant women

The “Raccontami un vestito” initiative is scheduled for September 18, 2026, at the Fattoria Sociale in Spoleto. Promoted by the SAI Projects of Spoleto and Castel Ritaldi, the event showcases garments created in a tailoring workshop dedicated to migrant women.

The clothing includes both original creations and repurposed items featuring hand-stitched details and embroidery. The project aims to highlight the personal histories and creativity of the women involved. The fashion show will feature the daughters of the participants, SAI project workers, and course attendees, accompanied by a film documenting the creative process.

Proceeds from the event, which includes live music and an aperitif, will be donated to Il Cerchio Onlus through the L’Uovo di Colombo association.
