Sport finalizes permanent signing of Diego Hernández

Sport has finalized the permanent acquisition of midfielder Diego Hernández from Botafogo. The contract binds the player to the club until December 31, 2027.

The economic rights are divided with 45% belonging to Sport, 30% to the athlete, and 25% to Botafogo. Sport also holds a preferential option to purchase an additional 10% of the rights for US$ 100,000. The agreement includes performance-based bonuses related to matches played and the club's potential promotion to the top tier of Brazilian football.

Additionally, Sport announced the loan of midfielder Pedro Martins to Brusque for the remainder of the season.
