Sporting CP members approve 2025/26 financial accounts

Sporting CP members have approved the club's management report and financial accounts for the 2025/26 fiscal year with 86.32% of the vote. The accounts showed a profit of €1.505 million, while the club's liabilities decreased to €231 million.

During the general assembly, members also voted on an appeal regarding a 20-month disciplinary suspension imposed on a member. The suspension followed an incident on March 29, 2025, involving an attempted assault on a police officer during a match against Estrela da Amadora. The appeal was rejected, with 60.48% of votes cast against revoking the sanction, meaning the suspension remains in effect.
