Sporting CP secures Maxi Araújo with contract extension as club plans salary boost

Uruguayan winger Maxi Araújo has agreed to remain at Sporting CP for at least another season. The club intends to revise his salary and offer a new contract, rewarding his performances for both Sporting and the Uruguay national team during the recent World Cup.
