PGE Budowlani Łódź and KS DevelopRes Rzeszów to compete for Polish Women's Volleyball Super Cup

PGE Budowlani Łódź and KS DevelopRes Rzeszów will face each other in Częstochowa on October 24 to compete for the 2026 AL-KO Polish Women's Volleyball Super Cup. The match features the top two teams from the previous TAURON Liga season.

PGE Budowlani Łódź enters the match as the reigning Polish champion and TAURON Cup winner, having secured a domestic double last season. KS DevelopRes Rzeszów, the league runner-up, seeks to claim the trophy, having previously won it in 2021, 2022, and 2025.

The competition marks a significant roster shift for both clubs, as key players have moved between the teams, including Alicja Grabka transferring from Łódź to Rzeszów and Katarzyna Wenerska moving from Rzeszów to Łódź.
