VfB Stuttgart faces setbacks in Bundesliga and regional matches

VfB Stuttgart's senior team suffered a defeat against Gladbach after an initial lead by Ermedin Demirovic. Coach Sebastian Hoeneß described the loss as a “great warning shot,” noting that the team struggled with mental components and lost key duels as the match progressed.

In regional football, VfB Stuttgart II lost 2:1 to Alemannia Aachen. Despite an equalizer from Oliver Rölke, goals from Danilo Wiebe and Petros Bagalianis secured the win for Aachen, moving them to fifth place in the third-division table.

Other regional results include the Selber Wölfe securing a 4:3 victory over the Höchstadt Alligators, ending a dry spell, and the Falken securing a lead in their away game against the Stuttgart Rebels.
