Spring wellness: Nutritional and aesthetic health guidance

As spring arrives, health and wellness experts are offering guidance on preparing for the warmer months through nutritional support and aesthetic planning.

Nutritionist Jéssica Benazzi recommends consuming specific foods to bolster the immune system against seasonal temperature variations and low humidity. Key recommendations include citrus fruits, red berries, tomatoes, dark leafy greens, beta-carotene-rich vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes, omega-3 sources such as salmon, onions, and ginger.

Regarding aesthetic care, Dr. Nívea Bordin Chacur advises that treatments for cellulite, skin sagging, and localized fat should be planned well in advance of summer. She emphasizes that procedures requiring collagen remodeling or tissue changes need time to show results and that patients should avoid rushing treatments in December to prevent unnecessary pressure for immediate results.
