SPX Express expands logistics network to support Vietnamese e-commerce

SPX Express is expanding its inter-provincial delivery network to meet the growing demands of Vietnam’s e-commerce market. With 90% of Vietnamese consumers having engaged in online shopping, service quality and delivery reliability have become critical factors for consumer spending.

The company currently operates over 1,000 post offices and a sorting center system spanning from North to South Vietnam, connecting 34 provinces and cities. To enhance processing capacity, SPX Express utilizes a 100,000 square meter sorting center in Bac Ninh. Additionally, a new 170,000 square meter automated sorting center in Hung Yen is scheduled to begin operations in 2027.

Market research indicates that 70% of Vietnamese consumers are willing to increase spending with sellers who provide stable delivery and flexible returns, while 40% are prepared to pay more for expedited shipping services.
