SquadStack.ai appoints Saurabh Jain as Head of Finance and Legal

SquadStack.ai, an Indian Voice AI sales platform, has appointed Saurabh Jain as its Head of Finance and Legal. In this role, Jain will oversee financial planning, controllership, commercial structuring, and compliance to support the company’s scaling operations.

Jain brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience, having held senior positions at companies including Bharti Airtel, Zomato, and MobiKwik, and most recently serving as CFO at Advantage Club.

The appointment follows significant growth for SquadStack.ai, which currently processes over 5 million AI calls daily for more than 60 major consumer brands, such as Amazon, Swiggy, and IndiaMART. The company aims to use this leadership expansion to manage revenue and commercial agreements as it expands its presence in the customer experience services market.
