Square Enix announces Dragon Quest 40th anniversary merchandise

Square Enix is releasing a variety of new merchandise to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Quest series. The upcoming product lineup includes several collectible items scheduled for release on November 11, 2026.

One collection features the ‘Monster Gallery’ capsule toys, which include seven different types of mini-figures such as Slime, Golem, and Gigantes. This set also includes special gold-colored versions of Slime, King Slime, and Metal Slime.

Other items available through the Square Enix e-STORE include ‘Mini Puppet Plushies’ that can be worn on fingers, featuring characters like Metal Slime, Mummy, and Ghost. Additionally, the ‘Squeeze It!’ plush series will offer 40th-anniversary gold versions of Slime and King Slime, alongside new character designs. Commemorative pins are also part of the anniversary collection.
