Square Enix reveals details for Romancing SaGa 3: Destinies United

Square Enix has released new information regarding the upcoming title Romancing SaGa 3: Destinies United. The update introduces five traveling companions: the Minstrel, Tatyana, Nora, Muse, and Charl.

Key gameplay systems detailed include a renown mechanic where completing quests unlocks perks like expanded United Attacks, and a forging and reforging system located at the Pidona Workshop. Players can also search for a recurring franchise character known as Mr. S to earn various boons.

Combat mechanics will feature new battle formations, such as Triple Incisors and Rampaging Mammoth, alongside a Ley Lines system that allows for elemental attunements on the battlefield.

The game is scheduled for release on February 16, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
