SQUEEZE expands Minn apartment hotel brand to Okinawa and Tokyo

SQUEEZE is expanding its apartment hotel brand, Minn, through new openings in Okinawa and Tokyo. In collaboration with GLC GROUP, the company opened Minn Naha Miebashi in Okinawa on October 24, 2026. This facility marks the brand's first appearance in the prefecture and features 42 rooms, each measuring 41 square meters and accommodating up to six guests. The rooms are equipped with kitchens, microwaves, and laundry facilities to support families, groups, and long-term stays.

In Tokyo, SQUEEZE is set to open two new locations in the Taito Ward area by December 2026: Minn Ueno Iriya East and Minn Asakusa Hanayashiki North. These additions will bring the brand's total presence in Tokyo to 22 facilities.

All new locations utilize SQUEEZE’s proprietary "suitebook" platform, which integrates reservation management, mobile check-in, and remote concierge services to optimize hotel operations and address labor shortages in the tourism industry.
