Sérgio Mallandro recounts cemetery sex and flower‑theft story on podcast

Seventy‑year‑old Brazilian comedian Sérgio Mallandro revealed on the "Papagaio Falante" podcast, hosted by actress Nívea Stelmann, that he once had sex in a cemetery and also on a horse during his youth. He explained that, unable to afford a motel, he enlisted a friend who worked as a coveiro to steal roses from the cemetery and give them to his then‑girlfriend, later ex‑wife Mary Mallandro (also known as Mary Leão). Mary confirmed the flower‑theft, recalling that a funeral banner attached to the bouquets exposed the source.

Mallandro and Mary were married for five years in the 1980s and have a son, Sérgio Tadeu, now 40. The interview recounted these anecdotes in a light‑hearted tone, highlighting the unconventional lengths Mallandro took to court his partner.
