SS Milazzo continues pre-season training and stadium upgrades

SS Milazzo continues its pre-season preparations in Galati Mamertino. The team recently secured a 2-1 victory in a friendly match against Messana Riviera, with goals scored by Yevgeniy Prokopenko and Gioele Morabito.

Regarding squad updates, players Corso and Franchina have returned to regular training, while Agostino Mascari remains sidelined with a minor injury expected to last approximately ten days. There are reports that young attacker Gioele Morabito may soon renew his contract with the club.

In addition to training, the club has reached an agreement with the local administration to renovate the pitch at the “Marco Salmeri” stadium. The project involves re-sodding and reseeding the turf, with the goal of providing a high-quality playing surface for the team by the second half of September.
