SS Retail, Hero Motors, and Jindal Supreme launch IPOs

Three mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) opened for subscription on September 16, 2026, aiming to collectively raise approximately ₹1,625 crore. The participating companies are SS Retail, Hero Motors, and Jindal Supreme (India).

Hero Motors is launching the largest issue, seeking to raise ₹1,000 crore through a combination of a ₹600 crore fresh issue and a ₹400 crore offer for sale (OFS). The company specializes in designing and developing powertrain and advanced mobility solutions for the automotive industry.

SS Retail is offering a ₹500 crore issue, consisting of ₹360 crore in fresh shares and ₹140 crore via OFS. The company operates a multi-brand retail chain for mobile phones and electronics, focusing on Tier-II and Tier-III cities. Jindal Supreme (India) is participating with an issue size of approximately ₹124.88 crore.

The subscription window for all three IPOs remains open until September 18. Share allotment is scheduled for finalization on September 21, with listing on the BSE and NSE expected on September 23.
