Fluminense de Feira secures promotion to Bahia's top division

Fluminense de Feira returned to the elite of the Campeonato Baiano after a five‑year absence by defeating Feira FC 2‑0 in the second leg of the Série B semifinal on 19 July. Goals came from Tiago Recife and Erick Daltro, the match was played at Estádio Joia da Princesa before 4,755 spectators, and the team managed the win despite a red card for midfielder Ruan and a missed penalty by Tiago Recife.

In the other semifinal, SSA FC overturned a first‑leg deficit to beat Barreiras 3‑1 on 18 July, securing its own promotion and a place in the final against Fluminense de Feira. The victories mean both clubs will compete in the 2027 Série A of the Bahia state championship.
