SSC Napoli coordinates transfer strategy and social initiatives

SSC Napoli is actively managing several club fronts, ranging from squad fitness and transfer planning to social responsibility initiatives.

Regarding player updates, the technical staff is monitoring injuries to Leonardo Spinazzola and Marianucci, while Scott McTominay continues a personalized training program. On the transfer front, club leadership—including Aurelio De Laurentiis, Giovanni Manna, and Massimiliano Allegri—is coordinating for the January window. Key targets reportedly include Mamadou Coulibaly from Monaco and Sebastian Szymanski from Rennes, while the club also monitors talent such as Asane Sow.

In a social initiative, Napoli has partnered with the Twinning Project and Enel Cuore to launch a program at the Pasquale Mandato prison in Secondigliano. Qualified youth sector coaches will lead sessions combining football training with personal development modules to aid the social reintegration of inmates.
