SS&C Technologies unveils new AI-driven solution portfolio

SS&C Technologies artificial intelligence agentic AI financial services technology SS&C Deliver 2026

At its SS&C Deliver 2026 annual conference in Orlando, Florida, SS&C Technologies revealed a new suite of artificial intelligence solutions designed to optimize workflows in the financial services and healthcare sectors.

The company introduced the SS&C AI Gateway, a governance platform covering wealth management, retirement, alternative investments, and asset management. To ensure interoperability between these solutions, the company is utilizing its SS&C WorkHQ agentic orchestration platform.

CEO Bill Stone noted that while agentic AI presents new challenges and high governance risks, the implementation of these tools allows the company's 23,000 clients to integrate AI strategically into established workflows. Additionally, the company premiered a six-part documentary series titled ‘The Blueprint: Customer Zero’ to showcase its agent-based transformation processes.
