SSPE officers complete binational training in El Paso

Eight members of the State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE) completed specialized training in El Paso, Texas, focused on the identification and recovery of stolen vehicles and commercial equipment. The training, held on September 30 and October 1, 2026, at the 911 Communication Center, was designed to enhance the professional capabilities of the SSPE's Northern Zone Operative Directorate.

The program was conducted by the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) in collaboration with the El Paso Police Department's Auto Theft Unit. This binational initiative aims to foster knowledge exchange and strengthen coordination between security institutions on both sides of the border, which is considered essential for addressing vehicle-related crimes in the frontier region.
