SSV Germania Wuppertal coach Ünsal Bayzit resigns

Ünsal Bayzit has stepped down as the coach of SSV Germania Wuppertal with immediate effect. The 54-year-old former professional cited deep disappointment following the team’s recent 0-4 loss against SC Sonnborn as a primary reason for his departure.

Bayzit informed the club's board prior to notifying the squad. He stated that he felt unable to provide the new impulses the team requires and believed a new coach with a different approach might be a better solution. While the team currently sits in tenth place with twelve points from ten matches, recent form has declined, with the club securing only one point in their last four games.
