SSV Jeddeloh appoints Burak Bahar as new head coach
SSV Jeddeloh, a regional league football club, has appointed Burak Bahar as its new head coach with immediate effect. Bahar, 34, succeeds Kristian Arambasic, who was released following a 2:7 defeat against SV Drochtersen/Assel.
Bahar joins from SV Meppen, where he most recently coached the U19 team. He holds a UEFA A license and has previous experience working with the youth departments of Hannover 96, Hertha BSC, and VfB Oldenburg. He will be supported by assistant coach Max Wegner, a former player for SSV who won the Lower Saxony Cup with the club last season.
Bahar is scheduled to make his debut this Saturday against Eimsbütteler TV. The club also faces a DFB-Pokal second-round match against second-division side Hertha BSC on October 28.
