SSV Ulm hosts inaugural belly flop contest

SSV Ulm 1846 is hosting its inaugural belly flop contest (Arschbomben-Contest) at its outdoor swimming pool on Sunday, September 13. The event is open to participants aged eight and older, with no prior registration required.

To ensure fair competition, the contest features six categories divided by gender and age groups: children (8–12), teenagers (13–17), and adults (18+). A three-person jury will evaluate jumps based on three specific criteria: splash height, technical execution, and entertainment value. Each participant is allowed up to three attempts, with only the best score counting toward their qualification. The top three performers in each category will advance to a final round, followed by an awards ceremony at 6:00 PM.
