St Augustine's College wins 2026 National Investment Quiz

St Augustine's College has successfully defended its title at the 2026 National Investment Quiz grand finale, becoming the first school to win the competition in two consecutive years. The Cape Coast-based institution secured the trophy and a GH₵50,000 cash prize after a closely contested competition.

In the final rounds, St Augustine's demonstrated consistent performance to pull ahead of its competitors. Prempeh College finished as the first runner-up, followed by Corpus Christi Senior High School in second runner-up position. Mfantsipim School rounded out the top four, receiving a consolation prize of GH₵15,000.

The National Investment Quiz focuses on testing students' knowledge of financial literacy, including investment principles, budgeting, savings, and risk management. Organizers noted that the increasing standard of competition reflects the growing prestige of the event.
