St Blazey advances in FA Vase after victory over Wantage Town

St Blazey secured a 3-2 victory against Wantage Town at Alfredian Park to advance in the FA Vase second round proper. Tallan Mitchell opened the scoring for Blazey, while striker Kai Burrell scored two goals in the second half to bring his season total to 17.

Wantage Town, who had previously won all 11 home matches, fought back to level the score, creating a tense finish. However, a man-of-the-match performance from midfielder Charlie Hambly helped Blazey maintain their lead.

Manager Dan Hart praised the team for their bravery and quality, noting the importance of the competition and the support from traveling fans.
