St. Cloud Tech High School prepares for 2026 football season

St. Cloud Tech High School football head coach Jon Benson is preparing the team for the 2026 season following a 2-7 finish in 2025. Benson noted that the young squad showed significant development during the previous year, which he expects to carry into the upcoming campaign.

Key returners for the Tigers include senior quarterback Andrew Brown, who has focused on improving his play-action passing during the off-season, and senior running back/linebacker MarQwon Brown. The offensive line is expected to be more substantial this year, featuring players such as center Hayden Schwartz, tackle Tyrese Ojulu, and guard Aidan Thiam.

The 2026 schedule includes matchups against North St. Paul, Sartell-St. Stephen, Breck, and Detroit Lakes, among others.
