St. Hubert Seminary and Osei Adutwum SHS advance in Luv FM debate

St. Hubert Seminary and Osei Adutwum Senior High School have advanced to the round of 16 in the 8th Luv FM Kel-Charcoal Toothpaste High School Debate. The matches took place on Wednesday at Christian Service University.

In a closely contested debate regarding whether community service is more purposeful than custodial sentences, St. Hubert Seminary defeated Anglican Senior High School, Kumasi. St. Hubert argued in favor of the motion, emphasizing the restorative and rehabilitative benefits of community service. Anglican Senior High School opposed the motion, defending the effectiveness of custodial sentences. St. Hubert Seminary secured the win with a score of 237 to 225.

While St. Hubert Seminary and Osei Adutwum SHS progressed in the competition, Anglican Senior High School and Tepa SHS were eliminated following the day's contests.
