St. Louis-area companies announce regional expansions

Two St. Louis-area companies have announced expansions within the region.

Jarrell Contracting, a mechanical contractor, plans a $40 million investment in Hazelwood. The project includes the construction of a 191,000-square-foot headquarters and operations center. This facility will consolidate administrative offices, fabrication, warehousing, and training. The Missouri Department of Economic Development expects the expansion to create 105 new jobs with average wages exceeding the St. Louis County average.

Arch Moving, a locally owned residential and commercial moving company, is expanding its presence in St. Charles County. The company is establishing operations in St. Peters, utilizing crews and trucks to serve the surrounding communities. Arch Moving currently operates 14 trucks and has completed over 10,000 relocations since its inception.
