St Lucia Kings defeat Trinbago Knight Riders behind Seifert century

Tim Seifert scored a 61-ball 105 not out to lead the St Lucia Kings to a 36-run victory over the Trinbago Knight Riders at the Queen’s Park Oval in the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL).

The Kings reached a total of 211 for four, marking the highest score of the season so far. Seifert’s innings was supported by significant partnerships with Kamil Pooran, John Campbell, and Charith Asalanka. Following the batting performance, Roston Chase delivered a decisive bowling spell, taking three wickets for 24 runs to derail the Knight Riders' chase.

Despite a 65-run contribution from Kieron Pollard, the Knight Riders were unable to overcome the Kings' total, falling short in the match.
