St. Mary’s Catholic Church to host combined autumn festival

St. Mary’s Catholic Church and its school in Longview are hosting a combined autumn festival from October 9 to 11 to celebrate Our Lady of the Rosary. This year, the church and school have merged their previously separate autumn festivals into a single weekend event.

The celebration includes both religious observances and festive community activities. The church will host the ‘Hearts in Harmony’ observances, featuring Mass, confession, adoration, and a prayer walk through local neighborhoods led by the Rev. Daniel Dower. The school will manage activities such as games, hay rides, pumpkin decorating, and a fellowship breakfast and dinner. Local organizations, including the Knights of Columbus and Chick-Fil-A, are participating in providing food for the festivities.
