St. Paul ranks among top U.S. cities for Halloween
Two Minnesota cities have been recognized in a national ranking of the best places to celebrate Halloween. According to a survey by WalletHub, which evaluated 20 different categories including crime rates, costume store density, and trick-or-treat potential, the state's capital, St. Paul, emerged as a top performer.
St. Paul specifically ranked 6th in the nation for ‘Trick Or Treater Friendliness,’ although it received lower scores in the categories of ‘Halloween Fun’ and ‘Halloween Weather.’ The report notes that the average U.S. household is expected to spend approximately $114.45 on Halloween expenses this year.
