Adam Konkol faces digital erasure amid Łzy trademark dispute

Adam Konkol, founder of the band Łzy, is facing a severe legal and digital crisis regarding the rights to the group's name and musical works. Following a trademark dispute, a group led by Sara Chmiel successfully registered the name 'Łzy' as a word mark in the European Union.

As a result, Konkol's digital presence is being systematically dismantled. His wife and manager, Angelina Konkol, reported that his social media profiles and music streaming content are being removed. These deletions are reportedly being triggered by trademark claims filed by Arkadiusz Dzierżawa. The Konkol family has expressed shock at the scale of the removals, describing it as an attempt to erase 30 years of musical history from the internet.
