Staatsgut Almesbach celebrates 125th anniversary with record attendance

Approximately 12,000 visitors attended an open house event to celebrate the 125th anniversary of Staatsgut Almesbach near Weiden. The event drew a record crowd, including farmers, specialists, and families.

The celebration included a festive service and official speeches. Bavarian Finance and Home Minister Albert Füracker praised the site, specifically noting the Melkerschule Almesbach for its long-standing importance in agricultural education and practical training. Anton Dippold, Managing Director of the Bavarian State Estates, also addressed the guests during the official ceremony.
